Terms of Service

These terms apply to fence contractors who use QuoteFence ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

QuoteFence is an instant fence-quote tool for your website or quote link. Homeowners draw or enter their fence and see a price based on the prices you give us. Their details are then delivered to you as a lead. QuoteFence is for fence work only. The features in each plan are the ones described on our pricing page.

Free trial

New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is required. You choose a plan and monthly or annual billing when the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Plans are Starter, Pro, and Done-For-You at the prices shown on our pricing page. There is no setup fee.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. If you subscribe directly (without a trial), billing starts the day you subscribe.
• Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you won't be billed again.
• Annual plans are a firm 12-month term, paid up front. We do not give prorated refunds if you stop using the service before the term ends.
• You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal linked in our site footer, or by emailing us.

Your prices and your leads

You are responsible for the prices, options, and wording you give us, and for checking that the estimates look right. Estimates shown to homeowners are ballpark figures based on your prices. They are not binding offers, and the final price is set by you. Leads collected for you are yours to use to contact those homeowners about their fence. You agree to handle homeowner information responsibly and lawfully.

Acceptable use

Don't use QuoteFence for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with the service. Don't share dashboard logins outside your company. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuoteFence running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will tell you by email before a price change affects your plan. A change takes effect at your next renewal, and annual terms already paid keep their price until they renew.
